One workspace instead of ten tabs
Social media is hard enough. Your tools shouldn't make it harder
Most teams run their social presence across a dozen disconnected tools. Here's what changes the day you switch.
The old way
The MultiPost way
- Write once, then tune a version per network with live previews and character limits
- A weekly queue with fixed slots per channel, set from your own engagement data
- Approvals and a client review portal, so nothing publishes unseen
- One inbox for comments and messages, with AI-drafted replies
- Reports and exports from real publish data, no spreadsheets
How it works The whole workflow
From idea to published post, without switching tools
Six stages, one workspace. Your content moves forward instead of sideways across tabs.
01 Idea
Capture every thought on the ideas board.
02 Create
Draft with AI tuned to your voice.
03 Review
Approvals that freeze on sign-off.
04 Schedule
One queue, per-channel timing.
05 Publish
Auto-publish with retries built in.
06 Analyze
Insights that say what to do next.
01 Plan
A content calendar the whole team can trust
Map campaigns and content pillars on one shared calendar. Ideas graduate from the board to scheduled slots — and evergreen recycling keeps the gaps filled automatically.
- Ideas board with pillar tagging and research stages
- Per-channel queue slots set from your engagement data
- Evergreen rotation with frequency caps and rest intervals

02 Create
Write once, perfect for every platform
The universal composer holds per-channel variants side by side — with live previews, character limits and a pre-publish score, so nothing goes out half-baked.
- Per-channel variants with live previews and limits
- First comment and UTM links without leaving the editor
- Hook strength, CTA and readability scored before scheduling
5 scheduling mistakes quietly killing your reach
Mistake #1: posting when you're online instead of when your audience is. Your queue should follow your engagement data — not your calendar…

AI Studio
On-brand content, on demand
Describe the campaign. The Brand Brain — trained on your site, docs and best posts — drafts hooks, captions and platform variants that sound like you, then slots them into the queue.
- Brand Brain calibrated to your actual tone guidelines
- Repurpose one idea across formats without copy-paste sameness
- Rewrite, shorten or shift tone without losing the point

Five scheduling mistakes quietly killing your reach — and the queue setup that fixes all five. #SocialMediaTips #ContentStrategy

Questions, answered
The short version of what people ask before they start. There's a lot more on the full FAQ, and a person on the other end of the contact page.
What is MultiPost Studio?
A social media workspace. You plan on a calendar, write once and tune a version per network with live previews and limits, schedule and publish through the networks' official APIs, answer comments and messages from one inbox, and report on what worked. Teams add approvals and client review on top.
Which social networks does it support?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Google Business Profile and Bluesky. Each network has its own page listing exactly which formats publish today and which don't.
Does it really publish for me, or just remind me?
It publishes through the networks' official APIs wherever they allow it. Where a network doesn't open a format to third-party tools, the composer says so before you schedule, instead of accepting the post and dropping part of it later.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes. In Settings → AI Providers you can connect your own OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic key. It is stored encrypted, used on the server only, and never shown back to you or sent to the browser.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan needs no card and lets you connect a few channels, use the composer and calendar, and try the AI tools. Paid plans raise the limits and add team, analytics and automation features. The pricing page always shows the current numbers.
Can my team work together?
Yes. Invite teammates by email and give each a role (such as manager, editor, creator, analyst or viewer). Roles decide who can create, approve or only view, and internal notes and comments keep the discussion next to the post. How many seats you get depends on your plan.
Do you see or store my social passwords?
No. You approve access on each network's own login screen and we receive an access token, never your password. Tokens are stored encrypted and scoped to your workspace.
